Before coming to FDOT, Dan worked in the consulting industry performing hydraulic, transportation and complex structural design. Dan holds a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from Florida State University and is a lifetime Florida resident.
Amy Miller serves as the president of the Asphalt Contractors Association of Florida. Her background includes experience in materials, engineering, and construction. She’s a lifelong resident of Florida and a University of Florida graduate.
Olivia is the State Construction Specialty Engineer at the Florida Department of Transportation. She has 10 years of experience with the Department and has previously worked in the offices of Roadway Design and Program Management. She holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University.
John is Vice President and General Manager with Preferred Materials, Inc., A CRH Company, responsible for leading their HMA and construction business in North Florida.
Vice President of Ranger Construction Industries, Inc., overseeing operations of the Central Division. Scott has worked for Ranger Construction for over 40 years and his current role involves strategic planning, work acquisition, operational management, and fostering client relationships.
Vince is President of Ajax Paving Industries of Florida, LLC., where he leads the family-owned business specializing in manufacturing and placing asphalt.
Courtney Drummond serves as SVP of Engineering Florida with the Corradino Group. he has over 31 years of experience in the private and public sectors, serving FDOT for 18 years and the private sector for over 13 years. Courtney currently serves as the Westshore Program Manager for CEI Services on the $1B Westshore Interchange project in Tampa.
Brenda is FDOT’s State Safety Engineer responsible for the highway safety improvement program as well as the safety and health of FDOT staff statewide, enabling a “force multiplier” effect toward Florida’s target of zero traffic fatalities and serious injuries.
Catalina Chacon serves District Five as the Design Consultant Project Management Engineer, leading efforts to deliver hundreds of District projects to construction. Catalina’s experience with FDOT spans 15 years and includes responsibilities for many high-profile projects, including the I-4 express projects.
Kevin is a Traffic Engineer working within the Traffic Operations Office at FDOT District 5. His expertise includes traffic and safety studies, TSM&O projects (wrong way driving and signalization improvements) and delivering expedited safety and operations enhancements through pushbutton contracts.
Scott is the FDOT District 2 Construction Engineer responsible for $2.8 billion worth of construction projects in northeast Florida with a background in construction project management and experience as the District Safety Engineer.
